What people are saying about the "Be a HERO" initiative:

"I want to sincerely thank you for coming to our school and presenting the HERO (Helping Everyone Respect Others) Program. I've heard nothing but good comments from staff and students. I know several classes that have done follow up activities. Our students are very fortunate to have you here with us."

"Skip Jones messages were very well presented and received. His format for the all school assemblies was a combination of stories and songs reflecting diversity and respect. He maintained the attention and interest of 650 students with his combination of student involvement and performance. His material focused on differences and all differences being treated with respect. Throughout both assemblies, he had students actively engaged in singing. Students did an excellent job. At the end of the 2nd all school assembly, one of the music teachers told Skip Jones thank you for engaging them in such beautiful singing. She said that was the best she ever heard them sing. It was obvious they heard, understood, and accepted the message of respect, and were displaying that in their singing." (the full story)
